  I love the new late hours which fit into our schedule. Our entire family comes here and we have never had a bad haircut. We have used all stylists. I also like the no tipping and free bang trim.

  Nice salon, clean and relaxing environment. Very friendly staff! I went on two occasions - a cut and then later highlights. It was pretty busy, so if you can't go during the week expect to wait for an appointment. They are up front about their prices and system so I appreciate that. Sam was very nice and took her time with me. I loved the hair cut. The highlights could have been better. Knowing that I had dyed my hair dark, I was hoping they would have known to predict how the highlights would come through and act accordingly. Instead my roots came through noticeably brighter (because that was natural growth) and the color barely showed in the rest of my hair. The color that did show was a bit more orange than in the image I brought with me to the salon.
  
  However when I called back after a few days they were kind enough to schedule a consult with me and wanted to help me figure out something to do to remedy it and I liked the reaction that I received from my concerns. I ended up canceling only because I cut my hair off and donated it on an impulse with a friend this weekend and that inadvertently solved my issue. But I feel confident that Inspiro would have followed through when needed if I wanted them to.

  Experience I received was one I had to get my own cloak that goes on while cutting hair.
  Two was in a hurry,so I felt rushed to pick out cut.
  Three the lady that cut my hair was all over the place with my hair description like chopping away and way too fast. My hair was sticking up all over the place due too I did want a fairly shorter cut but omg she just kept on cutting. I did say something to her that it's really too choppy but she just kept thining my hair.
  Four forgot too mention when she washed my hair it's like she barely washed it like putting shampoo in rinsing that's it.
  Five she blow dried my hair and it was a mess too much product and totally looked hideous.
  Would not go back.
